Refund policy

Some items final sale; including candy, edibles, and pierced earrings or necklace sets including pierced earrings (Health Canada Regulations) and medical or assistive devices. To return a shipped item contact giftshop@sunnybrook.ca within 24 hrs of receiving the item to obtain a return authorization code. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping charges to return an item to us are the customers' responsibility.

Orders for delivery within the hospital will be automatically refunded if we are not able to deliver them (ex: patient has been discharged). If you order fresh flowers for delivery to a patient care unit where flowers are not allowed we reserve the right to substitute another item (ex: silk flowers, candyloons) that is allowed on that unit.
