The Clinic Comfort slippers from Tender Tootsies have a firm rubber sole and a velcro closure. Slippers are machine washable. 

Also includes a removable, washable insole - keep it in the slipper for its breathable lining and extra metatarsal & arch support, or remove to put in your own custom orthotics.
